These Terms govern your use of the 1xSkills website, app and related services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service you confirm you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you accept on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

• “User Content”: files or data you upload (PDFs, slides, URLs, notes, etc.).
• “AI Outputs”: summaries, quizzes, notebooks and other model-generated content.
• “Account”: your registered profile for the Service.
• “Paid Services”: any subscription or paid feature.

You must be of legal age to form a contract. Minors may use the Service only with parental permission and supervision.

Provide accurate information and keep it updated. Protect your credentials and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

You retain all ownership rights in your User Content.

You grant 1xSkills a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process and display User Content solely to provide and improve the Service (including generating AI Outputs).

We do not use your User Content to train our core models. Aggregated/anonymized data may be used to improve the Service.

You must not use the Service to upload or transmit content that: infringes rights, is unlawful, abusive, harassing, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.

• Attempt to access or interfere with other users’ accounts or the Service infrastructure.
• Automate scraping, harvesting or bulk downloading of the Service without consent.

We provide tools to ingest content and produce AI Outputs (summaries, quizzes, notebooks, audio overviews). Features, limits and performance depend on your plan and may change.

Paid Services are billed according to the plan you select and auto-renew until cancelled.

You are responsible for applicable taxes. Maintain accurate billing information.

If you request cancellation within 14 days of purchase, we will evaluate refund eligibility. Refunds are subject to our review and applicable law.

After 14 days refunds are generally not available, except where required by law.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request access, correction or deletion as described there.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect User Content, but cannot guarantee that the Service is immune to breaches.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1xSKILLS’ LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS (OR ₹500, WHICHEVER IS LOWER).

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may cancel subscriptions via your account settings; termination does not necessarily entitle you to a refund.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
